Borre Hills and the Borre Park

The Borre Park is a recreation area with both coastal and cycling paths that are used diligently by both locals and visitors. This is where the famous Borre Hills are located. The Nordic region's largest collection of monumental highlands from the early Iron Age. New findings indicate that Borre has been an important power centre from merovation-time and towards the end of the Viking era.

The Borre Park is a great recreational area.

Gildehallen – The Viking hall is a reconstruction of one of the Viking Age's large halls. The hall is decorated as we think it may have looked like in such hall buildings. The Viking hall is also rented out to groups. Everything is facilitated for you to have a dining experience in true Viking style.
