Andy Warhol and the museum's collection
An important part of Haugar's collection consists of works by American pop artist Andy Warhol, including pieces from his After Munch series, in which he reinterpreted famous motifs by Edvard Munch. The collection also includes works by Siri Aurdal, Elisabeth von Krogh, Jean-Michel Basquiat and Pål Vigeland, among others. The artworks on display vary depending on exhibitions and loans.
