Brygga 11, Geir Skeie

Brygga 11 is a seafood restaurant on the waterfront in Sandefjord, serving fresh fish and shellfish supplied by Brødrene Berggren, the fishmonger located next door. Katrine Borg Skeie and Geir Skeie
Brygga 11 is owned by Katrine Borg Skeie and Geir Skeie. Katrine is the general manager and a chef, while Geir is co-owner. Geir won Bocuse d’Or Europe in 2008 and the Bocuse d’Or in Lyon in 2009.
Together, they have developed a restaurant concept focused on fresh ingredients and seafood, served in a relaxed waterfront setting.

Brygga 11 has a separate children's menu featuring dishes such as fish cakes, fish soup and fish and chips. Smaller portions of dishes from the regular menu are also available.
